Statement of Environmental Effects & Development assessment
In accordance with regulations every application must be accompanied by a comprehensive Statement of Environmental Effects. Which addresses applicable clauses in the relevant LEP, DCP, SEPPs, as well as any environmental and social issues that have been identified as part of your proposal. We can provide detailed advice and assessment on a range of small and large developments.
Submissions/Objections
We can assist you in your submission opposing proposed development by preparing a pragmatic submission on your behalf to put your concerns into context with the relevant planning controls and associated legislation.
